There can be long waitlists for mental health services for youth in Manitoba. We can provide interim therapy skills, counselling, education, and more while you wait.

Thoughts of self-harm and suicide often ebb and flow and it can be difficult to acquire safety assessments. We can help to create safety plans and prevent crisis calls and emergency room visits.

. We can help with any and all diagnoses or symptoms related to mental health. Files are never closed. If things change and you are having a tough time again, just give us a call and we'll make arrangements for you to see the same clinician in a timely manner. We provide ongoing follow-up and case management.
We can provide services in person to anyone who travels to our clinic and virtual services to those for whom travel is difficult.
